National Avenue between 31st & 39th

Ghouls and boys take over National Avenue for one scary afternoon of
Trick-or-Treating. This event includes a costume contest, Canadian Pacific Kiddie
Rail, and other family friendly activities. Participating children must be accompanied
by an adult.
